Oh my.

I heard on the news last night that some lady was found murdered on a street. Police do not have enough clues to figure out who did it.


Ahhh how sad :'[

Firefox 3.1

Now there is Firefox 3.1 Beta 1 out. It has more new features such as the geolocation service, a newer and faster JavaScript engine, better tab-switching, and more. The most interesting feature, though, just might be the geolocation service. This your browser to tell a web page where you are. This will probably be helpful to some people if they are needing to find a destination close by them.

People want to start the nations first speed-rail line that will be in California. If the California people vote that they do want it, the price if this speed-rail will be very expensive and it would take some years to make it.

Netbooks

Netbooks are smaller and are not as powered as normal computers. They don't have much space in it because of their size, and so it wouldn't be able to run XP Professional, Vista, or OS X. It can run Windows XP Home edition or Linux though. Netbooks don't include many things on it like places for CDs and Bluetooth. A big difference is that its storage meduim has a hard disk. Their battery life isn't much either like the low-end models have 3 cell batteries and higher-end models have 6 cells.

Even though Netbooks are underpowered, they are popular because they are easy to take anywhere.
